WHAT DOES K2 POWDER MEAN?

I've recently started out supplementig K2 (from natto) And that i get menstrual-like cramps (even in the course of a cycle) considering the fact that the 1st day of doing this. I don’t get any cramps if I skip getting vit K2. Shall I stop using the supplemnt?Anyone could make K2 by spraying artificial psychoactive substances onto dried plant subs
